Nada Stotland, MD, MPH, current President of the National APA, addressed the annual Westchester and Bronx Joint meeting on Wednesday evening. She shared her optimism about the APA’s future and brought news of Board decisions made this week to reduce the large number of components and committees in order to remain fiscally stable. Also present was Dr. Carol A Bernstein, MD, President Elect who will move up to President in 2010. St. Vincents Hospital provided the venue for Westchester and Bronx members to rekindle friendships and renew acquaintances.
